Incubation Space: Keele University Science and Business Park has a hot-desking Incubator for start-up companies. We also have office units starting at 200 sq ft. If your business is in the early stages of formation and you do not want the expensive overheads of office space, we also offer a number of Virtual Office packages

Managed Workspace: Keele University Science and Business Park offer a mix of high specification laboratory units, as well as high quality office accommodation and high quality workshop space for light manufacturing. Office units start at 200 sq ft right up to office suites in excess of 1000 sq ft. Flexible lease or all-inclusive 12 month licence agreements are available.  The Science and Business Park also offers excellent opportunities for companies who wish to undertake Design and Build projects to their own specifications on the new development site.
